From the lemon of Sorrento comes this exquisite sweet-and-sour liqueur with a genuine flavor. The lemons cultivated by the Pollio family are of the "oval Sorrento" variety, a succulent citrus of great value. The perfect balance between acidity and sugars, accompanied by a significant amount of essential oils contained in the peel, gives the fruit an aromatic fragrance. Ingredients: hydrated alcohol, sugar, peels of Sorrento I.G.P. lemons.

The company is currently run by Peppe Pollio, the only male heir; at the age of 15, after completing his schooling, he was already in the fields helping his father. He became a direct farmer, igniting his great passion for nature and agriculture. In the 1990s, he decided to diversify the business model by starting to bottle wine first, and then oil, thus increasing the total production. In 1995, he decided to turn lemons into limoncello, a choice that met with immediate success. The love and respect for nature led the Pollio family to manage the Annunziata estate, which in 2014 initiated a new organic farming project: aimed at the production of organic oil and limoncello, it pays particular attention to the quality and care of the soil in order to preserve the utmost genuineness of its products. |
